It started, as many good ideas do, with a conversation. There was an idea that the four of us could start a business. We had design flair and knowledge from a Spero Villioti fashion education, a few ideas for gorgeous kaftans and beach cover-ups, and a shared love of all things sunshine and sea. We chatted about towels, kaftans, ponchos and sarongs, dreaming up ways to capture that easy, effortless beach feeling. And then, inspiration arrived. One of the children had a long-ago Christmas gift — a well-loved swimming towel that folded away into a backpack. That little idea, tucked away and forgotten, suddenly felt like something special. And so, TowelTote was born. |
