Welcome to SunWoven Style. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to SunWoven Style (Pty) Ltd, a South African company. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Access and Account

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order and to keep your details up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Our Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours and finishes may appear differently on different screens or devices.
We do not guarantee that product images or descriptions will perfectly match the delivered item, although we take care to ensure accuracy.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to change or discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is only confirmed once full payment is received and you have received an order confirmation email.
We may cancel or amend orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or other issues. If this happens, you will be notified and refunded in full.
All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Our products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold without prior written consent.

4. Prices and Billing

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice.
You agree to provide valid, accurate payment details and authorise us to charge the full order amount, including delivery costs where applicable.
If payment is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within South Africa and may offer international shipping at our discretion.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.
Once the parcel has been handed to the courier, ownership and risk pass to you.
If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases.
In summary:

  • You may return most items within 30 days if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return courier costs are for your account unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Faulty or damaged goods will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which allows you to return defective goods within 6 months of delivery for repair, replacement, or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website - including images, product descriptions, text, logos, and designs - is owned by SunWoven Style (Pty) Ltd or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use our materials without written permission.
Trademarks, product names, and designs associated with SunWoven Style are protected under South African law.

8. Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide access to tools or links from third parties (for example, courier tracking, payment gateways, or social media).
These are provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not responsible for their content, functionality, or availability.
You use third-party tools or websites at your own risk and should review their own terms and policies before using them.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products.
However, all sales and interactions are directly between you and SunWoven Style. Shopify is not responsible for our transactions, products, or any resulting claims.

10. Feedback

If you share feedback, suggestions, reviews, or photos (“Feedback”) with us, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that content for marketing, improvement, or promotional purposes.
We may display customer reviews or user-generated content on our website or social media pages.

11. Errors and Omissions

From time to time, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product details, pricing, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or amend orders affected by them, even after submission, with a full refund where applicable.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Services for unlawful or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Misrepresenting your identity or payment details

  • Engaging in fraudulent transactions

  • Uploading or transmitting malware or spam

  • Copying, scraping, or exploiting site content or customer data
    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or Services at any time if we believe these Terms have been breached.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that existed before the termination date.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, SunWoven Style, its directors, shareholders, employees, or suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SunWoven Style and its affiliates against any claim, demand, or damage arising from your misuse of our Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SunWoven Style and supersede all prior communications or understandings.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
